9. Shipping bill provided by custom agency ICEgate (lEO copy)

10. Bill of landing provided by custom agency (when vassels are sale) express bl means a client realse goods from the port without any documents 

11. Check list before creating Shipping bill 

12. Fumigation certificate for Export 

13. Certificate of origin 

14. Marine Insurance 

15. If amount received less from the customer so you can submit miss match latter in bank

16. Gate pass from the ICE gate

17. HSN number Check before create Export & Commercial invoice 

18. Shipping charges included in product when create Comercial invoice also packing & insurance charge

18. Export invoice require split insurance, Shipping & packing charges 

19. In Export invoice all details of customer, Exporter contant & email I'd 📧  is valid by customer. 

20. Local LR. Copy from the transporter 

21. Package address of Exporter and importer 

22. Check all Export good before taking for the port
