 2. 2 take tooth brush clean teeth

3. Listen 1 song or music energetic 2 min

4. Learn your self how to increase your skill

Level 2

5. 04:30 take your book and write your learning things do you learn before.

6. 05: 00 learn yoga first start with anulomb vilomb then 

7. Planting give them water

8. 06:00 go terrace for fress air 15 min & relax

9. 06:15 take bath 🛁 and cleaning properly 

10. 06:45 around cleaning home & take one glass water,puja

11. 07 :00 start your day with meal make and take breakfast together with family give them time

12. 08 :30 Clean kichen and clean all stuff 

13. 09: 00 ready for go office 

Level 3

14. 10 to 7 is your office Hours done your all work if free learn skill do u like

15. 08:30 came back office 15 mini break drink one glass water, 

16. 08:45 make meal in 1 hour ready and take in the half hour and clean home 

17. 10: 00 take 15 mini relax and do you like to take bath 

18. 10:15 listen 1 energetic song for 2 min

19. Then start learning skill and enhanc your conversation 

20. Practice in the video 

21. Sleep 12.00

Level 4

22. This is for making weekly plan for meal

   Day               Morning 

Monday       rotali and mag ni dal

Tuesday      bhakhri and alu sabji 

Wednesday  mag and bhat, rotali

Thursday     dhokla, muthiya and idali

Friday          bhakhari and chhole Chana or                           Desi and bhat

Saturday     kobicb, flower and tameta sabji

Sunday        new meal
